Village Builders has two Active Adult 55+ Communities in Texas, both of which are in Houston. They are Bella Vita at Green Tee and Towne Lake. Each has a showcase of low-maintenance patio homes complemented by a host of resort-style amenities. At the center of the resort-style amenities are grand clubhouses. Depending on which community, amenities can include everything from billiard rooms, computer centers and ballrooms to dining, lounges and social areas. Residents also enjoy swimming, tennis, fitness and aerobic centers plus a number of special-interest clubs, outings and events.
